Text: Email to Main Contacts // 5 January 2012

FYI: The following email was sent out to the MAIN CONTACT for each school on January 5, 2012.  If you consider yourself the main contact and didn't receive it, please contact Jason to make sure we have your updated contact information:

Greetings and happy new year from from Montana Digital Academy.  We wanted to send you some program updates and make you aware of details related to upcoming sessions.  We are only sending this to the main contact we have for each school, so please be sure to forward this information to staff that are working with Montana Digital Academy students. We are continuing to make our website the working focal point for key MTDA program information so this communication contains the essential links for your convenience in accessing it.

Program information for Spring 2012 is posted at our website, specifically at:

http://montanadigitalacademy.org/spring-2012-registration-information

We strongly recommend that you review registration information for both sides of our program as well of the specific notes below ASAP and contact Ryan and/or Jason with your questions.

MTDA Connect Updates
  • MTDA Connect Fall 2011 enrollment is now closed.  All students should wrap up work in their Fall courses by Friday, January 20th.
  • On Monday, December 19, Spring 2012 Connect Credit Recovery opened for enrollments.  Students can begin working immediately and will have access until June 8, 2012.
  • Students beginning in the Spring 2012 term should limit their Connect class enrollments to one class at a time or a maximum of two classes. Site facilitators will need to contact Ryan Schrenk ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ) to request exceptions on a case by case basis.
  • MTDA Program Calendars now show all three program dates for Spring 2012.
  • New students should watch our new 22 minute MTDA Connect Student Orientation Video and review the entrance counseling form with their counselor, parents and/or facilitators.
