Statement on Connect/World Language Access Problems

To: Connect Credit Recovery and World Language Students and Site Facilitators:

The very large interest and enrollment in the Connect Credit recovery and World Language programs this fall has created a heavy volume of students attempting to access the system during the day, especially during the mid-morning to early afternoon hours.  Due to this very heavy usage volume students may temporarily experience the inability to log into their world language class.  What this means is that the MTDA Connect Credit Recovery or World Language programs are fully in use and the students may experience delays in accessing the curriculum until a license becomes available.  We know this may be frustrating for students and site facilitators and we ask for your patience while we resolve this challenge. Please know that we are currently working with our program content provider to resolve this situation which we hope to do very soon.

PLEASE HELP US TRACK PROBLEMS!  If you run into issues where your students are denied access, please email:
