French, German, Spanish and Latin Programs: Update on the "Missing Assignment" Problem

As announced last Wednesday, we have found the solution to the "missing assignment" problem in Latin, German, Spanish and French courses.  If a student changes their password, it will break the integration, denying access to the curriculum.

If you have a student experiencing that issue, please contact Rayleen Hicks at 406-243-4619 ASAP (8am-4:30pm) so she can reset the student's password and fix the integration.  HOWEVER, you must warn the student they cannot change the password for the time being.

This is not a problem that will fix itself over time; if a student has "no assignments" listed in Plato, then it is problem and you need to start the remedy above.
